James Tennyson Knapp

James Knapp founded Tennyson Knapp Consulting to help manufacturing and technical companies grow profits, boost business value, and prepare for successful exits—with speed and clarity.

His projects range from Lockheed Martin’s F-35 fighter jet and NASA’s James Webb Space Telescope to initiatives with the U.S. military, Boeing, Raytheon, Honda, Caterpillar, Whirlpool, and national research labs.

For over a decade, James has also been a certified Dale Carnegie Instructor and DISC facilitator, helping leaders and teams strengthen communication, sales, and culture. Clients value his direct, no-fluff style and his ability to bridge gaps between shop floor teams and executives.
